Our sellers only receive payment from us when the prizes are delivered. If a competition isn't fulfilled, you will receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.
To purchase tickets, simply:
- Choose the competition that you would like to enter.
- Answer the qualifying question.
- Select the numbers of tickets you'd like to purchase.
- Proceed to checkout to complete your order.
- An order confirmation email with your ticket numbers will be sent to your inbox and available from your account dashboard.
- You will receive an email confirmation on the outcome of the competition once it has finished.
In order to close your account please email hello@competitioncamel.co.uk and provide us with your Marketplace account name or email address, we will then close your account and advise when it is done.

Competition Camel operates a zero-policy towards the listing or fake or counterfeit goods. If you suspect a listing may be in breach of this policy, please let us know at hello@competitioncamel.co.uk and please include the link of the listing in your email.

This is our guarantee to our customers that your order is safe, regardless of the seller you purchase from.
In any situation where the competition is not completed, you will receive a 100% refund without having to contact the seller directly.
We use PayPal to process all Marketplace transactions. At check out, you will be redirected to PayPal to purchase your items. You can set up a PayPal account as part of the checkout process. When you buy an item it creates a PayPal transaction between you and Competition Camel for the amount of the item. When you enter your payment details the money will be transferred to the seller's PayPal account.
Log into your Competition Camel account and go to My account > Addresses. There you can choose to 'edit' an existing address or select 'add an address'.
Customers are entitled to return an item within 14 days if it is different to how it was advertised by the seller.
If an item becomes faulty after wear, the customer is entitled to query a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving an order. The customer must provide a detailed description of the fault together with photographic evidence and contact the seller immediately. Once the seller has reviewed this information and received the item back to their warehouse any decision to honour a refund is at their discretion and based on the evidence provided by the customer.
Delivery time can vary depending on the item or prize itself. Our sellers should ship the item within 3 working days of the competition ending and where the maximum delivery time is 20 working days.
Please appreciate that custom items may face a reasonable day whilst these special arrangements are made.
Sellers are instructed to clearly display the delivery time and service in their competition listings to help make our customers aware of the process.
All tickets purchased are non-refundable, unless the competition has not be completed successfully. In this case, Competition Camel guarantees that you will receive a 100% refund. Rest assured that we verify all our sellers identities and it is our job to provide a safe place for all our customers to purchase tickets.
